We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible Monday to Friday. Most orders placed before 10.00pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched that day, however we do always ask to allow for 24 hours for dispatch during normal working hours or longer if needed should a product be out of stock or unavailable

Should after purchase any item be out of stock due to human or technical error,we will inform you as soon as possible with a back order date or offer an alternative or full refund if preferred.

Once purchases are dispatched it is in agreement from both purchaser and ourselves that the delivery service used is responsibility for delivery times and it is the responsibility of each purchaser to fully understand delivery procedures,it is the responsibility of our customer to choose the correct delivery method for their requirements

Mail normally as a guideline arrive within 1-4 working days, however please be aware that the royal mail do ask for as long as 15 working days for first class mail to be delivered after posting

It may be possible to submit a claim for compensation should the mail services fail to deliver within there guidelines set above

We reserve the right to refund purchases prior to dispatch where we cannot 100% determine that a customer will be able to take deliver of their purchase safely or if we are unable to determine a correct accessible delivery address

We cant be held liable in anyway for delay in delivery resulting due to the mail/courier service used as we have no control over deliver once parcels are dispatched, especially in instances such as extreme weather conditions, flood, snow and ice whereby this would obstruct and/or delay parcels in transit

We use Royal Mail services for the majority of our parcel deliveries and follow there terms and conditions to the full as regards delivery procedure, for lost or delayed parcels then we and the purchaser must wait 15 working days in most U.K cases before making a claim for loss. The customer must contact us should there parcel not have arrived within a recommend time after dispatch, after The Royal Mail have made adequate enquiries and confirm mail loss or similar, we will either send a replacement if available or refund in full at the buyers request and choice but we will ask for an email statement, stating they have not received there purchase and have checked with there local sorting office to see if their parcel is awaiting redelivery instructions, failure to do this will not allow us to proceed with a claim for loss therefore unable to refund or replace the said lost parcel.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by telephoning or emailing us. You can also cancel at any time after the product has been dispatched but no later than 7 days after receiving your order
